Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We request you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

1. Product Details

We strive to present accurate product descriptions, images, and size charts for all clothing and accessories. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen display differences, lighting conditions, and the nature of handcrafted or manufactured textiles.

For garments, please refer to the size chart provided for each product category (Men, Women, Children) before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability, price confirmation, and stock verification.

Payments are processed through secure and reliable payment gateways including Razorpay and other trusted providers. We do not store your card or UPI details.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary.

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

• Within Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 business days
• Other South Indian States: 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of India (including North India): 5 to 8 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide a clear video showing the damage along with the unopened package.
• Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Size exchanges are not available for clothing items. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering to avoid inconvenience.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

5. Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details (size, colour, quantity, shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Varnika Vastra and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Varnika Vastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the order value.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
