Return & Refund Policy

We at Varnika Vastra strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase of clothing and accessories for men, women, and children. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply unsatisfactory in terms of size, colour, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully and referring to size charts before confirming your purchase.

Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
• For clothing items, size exchanges are not available. Please check the size chart before ordering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless defective or damaged:

• Worn, washed, or altered garments
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective)
• Undergarments, innerwear, and socks (due to hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for defective/damaged items, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email us at website.varnikavastra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Step 2: Include your order number, product name, and clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
• Step 3: For damaged items, provide a video of the unopened package before opening.
• Step 4: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions via email.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and approve the return, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or digital payment methods after verification.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting evidence (photos/videos). We will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Size exchanges are not available for any clothing items. We recommend checking the detailed size chart provided for each product before placing your order.

6. Wrong/Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please do not use or alter it. Contact us immediately with:

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
• Video evidence of the damage (if applicable)
• Your order number and delivery details

We will arrange for a pickup and send the correct item or process a full refund as per your preference.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details (size, colour, quantity, shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase.
